Pricing and descriptions
Product descriptions, prices and promotions shown on this website should only be used as a guide and Cat Litter Direct reserve the right to vary them without notice. Images are provided to help customers recognise products. All prices quoted are inclusive of delivery and value added or other taxes.
Jan 2010: Although we have worked hard to resist cost increases, we now find that due to increases in costs from our suppliers, fuel costs and the imminent increase in VAT from 15% to 17.5% we are now in the unfortunate position of having to re-structure our prices from 1st January 2010. Please be assured that we have done everything possible to keep the increase to a minimum whilst keeping our high standards of service.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a full refund providing you return the goods within 7 days of receipt in the same packaging, undamaged and in new, resaleable condition.
Faulty / Damaged Goods
If your goods arrive damaged or are faulty your first action is to inform us by telephone or email sales@catlitterdirect.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt.
All verified faulty goods will be fully refunded. Please note that the verification process may mean we have to send the item back to the manufacturer. You will receive your refund within 30 days although usually much sooner.
Complaints
It is in our interest to resolve any complaints as soon as they occur.
We will personally deal with all complaints as soon as possible, acknowledging your complaint within 48 hours and keeping you informed of our progress during the complaints procedure.

Methods of Payment
You can make a secure payment by credit card using our Secure Server and Shopping Cart.
Due to conditions implemented by our payment company there is currently a spend limit of £300 per transaction. Sorry for any inconvenience.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Visa Electron and Solo.
On your bank/credit card statement your transaction will show as 'Nochex'. For more information about Nochex, please visit the Nochex website.
Telephone orders are welcome with payment on delivery (cash or cheque)
